The Utopia of Freedom
Two issues occupied our recent moderation of the dialogue held with former Costa Rican President Laura Chinchilla and former OAS Secretary Luis Almagro, after inaugurating, under the auspices of Miami Dade College and with the support of Grupo IDEA and the Atlantic Institute of Government of Madrid, the Institute for Freedom of The Americas.
