AVN.- El gobernador del estado Falcón, Víctor Clark junto al secretario del Deporte y presidente de la Fundación de Deporte de Falcón (Fundefal), Jorge Primera, hicieron entrega este jueves del premio al Atleta del Año en sus distintas categorías y condecoraron a cinco presonalidades deportivas con la orden Otto Rafael Bueno, única en su clase.
