520 young people participate in the first Diploma in Fishing and Aquaculture
A total of 520 young people, from 20 states of the country, began the first Diploma program in Academic Training in Fishing and Aquaculture, organized by the Ministry of Popular Power for Fishing and Aquaculture (Minpesca) in partnership with the Bolivarian University of Venezuela (UBV).
