Acting President Delcy Rodríguez Maduro promulgated the law on Thursday Partial Reform of the Hydrocarbons Law, after receiving from the hands of the President of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, the text that was unanimously approved during the ordinary session this Thursday. “This law reaffirms the sovereignty of our energy resources,” he said as he signed the law.
